For the selected Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs), in-depth analysis and calculations will be performed to determine accurate results for reducing energy costs and to adjust the action plan for implementation.
Kafou Energy has a qualified engineer capable of performing an IGA Energy Audit - ASHRAE Level 3, including:
- Identify the most-cost effective ECM that would be implemented.
- Perform additional testing and monitoring to determine the feasibility of ECM
- Ensure accurate modeling of the proposed modifications including systems interactions.
- Conduct a detailed financial assessment for the selected ECMs.
- Develop a detailed schematic and BoQ for each selected ECMs.
- Review the final ECMs with the client.
- Identify the financing options for implementation of ECMs either performance contracting or green finance options.
